I'M ASHLEY.
I fell in love with moving when I was young because even as a child, the movement of my body made everything feel better. It changed me. It built resiliency.

But, in 2014, my world fell apart when my mom and uncle were killed in a car accident. My dad died suddenly two years later.
​
Through my grief journey, I began finding a new relationship with movement and with myself. I learned that I could trust my inner voice and I dared to meet my own needs, despite the expectations of others.
​
I am passionate about helping women move through grief so they can reconnect with who they are and live with purpose.
